# USDT Withdrawals

> Create USDT withdrawals

## Create a USDT withdrawal

### Prerequisites

* **Two-factor authentication (2FA)** must be **enabled** on your account (TOTP app). The withdrawal dialog requires a **2FA code** and other checks.
* At least one withdrawal wallet in status **Aprobada** (see [**Withdrawal wallets**](/settlement/withdrawals#withdrawal-wallets)).
* A **USDT** account with sufficient balance to cover the amount you request.

### Open the withdrawal flow

1. In the sidebar, open **Exchange** → **Retiros USDT** tab.
2. Click **Nuevo retiro**.

### Complete the “Nuevo retiro USDT” dialog

Fill the fields **in order** as required by the app:

1. **Código de email (6 dígitos)**
   * Click **Enviar código por email** to receive a one-time code.
   * Enter the **6-digit** code from your inbox (check spam).
2. **Código 2FA**
   * Enter the current code from your authenticator app.
3. **Contraseña (verificación)**
   * Enter your **HG.cash login password** for re-authentication before the withdrawal is submitted.
4. **Cuenta USDT (origen)**
   * Select the USDT account to debit. The list shows the **available balance** per account.
5. **Monto USDT**
   * Enter the amount to withdraw (decimal format as accepted by the form).
6. **Wallet de destino (aprobada)**
   * Select one of your **approved** destination wallets (network and masked address are shown).
   * If the list is empty, use **Agregar una wallet** to go to the wallets tab, or finish wallet approval first.

### Submit

Click **Confirmar retiro**. On success, the request appears under **Mis retiros** with a status such as **Pendiente revisión**. Staff **review** the request before processing; states can progress to **Aprobado**, **En proceso**, **Completado**, or **Rechazado** depending on operations.

### Security notes

* Never share **email codes**, **2FA codes**, or your **password** with anyone.
* Always confirm the **network** and **address** on an **approved** wallet match where you intend to receive funds; mistaken networks are a common cause of loss on-chain.
