Overview
HG.Cash operates in several countries. Each market uses its own currency, payment rails, and API paths. Use the guides below for the country where your accounts are provisioned. Shared concepts—authentication, accounts, balances, and webhooks—work the same everywhere. Country guides focus on cash-in (receive funds) and payouts (send funds) for that market.Account status (Brazil, Chile, Bolivia, Colombia, Venezuela)
Accounts have lifecycle statusOperativa, Bloqueada, or Cerrada. For hosted checkouts (POST /api/v1/checkouts) and direct cash-in or payout APIs in Brazil, Chile, Bolivia, and Colombia, and for direct cash-in and payout APIs in Venezuela, only Operativa accounts can receive or send funds. Blocked or closed accounts return HTTP 403 with code: ACCOUNT_NOT_OPERATIVE.
Use GET /api/v1/accounts or GET /api/v1/account/{id}/balance to check status before creating a transaction or checkout.
For a single hosted payment page across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Bolivia, and Colombia, use Hosted checkout (POST /api/v1/checkouts) instead of country-specific inbound APIs where that fits your product.
Where we operate
Argentina
ARS — Assigned banking accounts; cash-ins and cash-outs notified by webhook; instant API cash-outs.
Bolivia
BOB — QR cash-in and ACH bank payouts.
Brazil
BRL — PIX QR / copy-paste for cash-in and PIX key payouts.
Chile
CLP — Hosted checkout for cash-in and bank payouts for withdrawals.
Colombia
COP — Hosted checkout for cash-in, and bank, Bre-B key, or Bre-B QR payouts.
Venezuela
USDT — Cash-in and bank payouts. Amounts are USDT decimal strings.
