Overview
HG.cash does not automatically grant dashboard access to every signup. Platform access requires a registered user record tied to your email (and authentication). That record is created or enabled after HG.cash has engaged with you and completed required compliance checks, typically including KYC. At a high level:- Reach out through the official contact form.
- Complete KYC together with the HG.cash team (documents and verification steps depend on your entity type and jurisdiction).
- Once approved, HG.cash provision your access—you will be able to sign in and use the modules enabled for your account.
Step 1: Contact HG.cash
Start by contacting us through the contact form on the HG.cash website.- Open Contact from the website menu or footer.
- Fill in first name, last name, email, industry, and your message describing your needs (for example: interest in treasury, payouts, exchange, API integration).
- Optionally add your company name.
- Complete the security step (reCAPTCHA) so your submission can be delivered.
Tip: Use the same email address you plan to use for your HG.cash login, so onboarding and account linking stay straightforward.
Step 2: Complete KYC
KYC (know your customer) is the process we use to verify who you are and meet regulatory and operational requirements before enabling financial features. What you must provide—such as identity documents, proof of address, company filings, beneficial ownership, or bank details—depends on:- Whether you act as an individual or a legal entity
- Your country and applicable rules
- The products you will use on HG.cash
Step 3: Receive access to the platform
After HG.cash approves onboarding for your profile:- Your account is created or activated in our systems so that sign-in is authorized for your designated email address.
- You will typically receive instructions to create your password or complete registration (for example via an email verification link), depending on how your administrator set you up.
- You will enter the HG.cash application with the role and permissions assigned to your user.
- If you see “Acceso denegado” or a message that your account is not registered or has no permissions, your session exists in authentication but there is no eligible user record yet, or your access is restricted. In that case, contact support with the email you used—the same situation is resolved by aligning your login with the user HG.cash provisioned for you.
