Verify and sign withdrawal wallets

Withdrawals only go to addresses you register, electronically sign, and that the team approves. On-chain “verification” here means declaring ownership via a document you sign in the app, not connecting a hardware wallet in the UI.

Open the wallets area

  1. Sign in and open the app.
  2. In the sidebar, click Exchange.
  3. Open the Wallets de retiro tab.

Add a new wallet

  1. Click Nueva wallet.
  2. Select the network for USDT (for example Ethereum ERC-20, Tron TRC-20, BSC, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, or Solana). The address format must match the network you choose.
  3. Paste the wallet address exactly as shown in your external wallet or exchange. The form validates the format for the selected network.
  4. Optionally add an Etiqueta (label), e.g. “Binance personal,” to recognize the wallet in lists.
  5. Click Continuar a firma.

Sign the ownership document

After creating the wallet, you are taken to the signing page:
  1. Wait for the embedded signing form to load.
  2. Complete the embedded signing flow (review the document and sign as instructed). You may be asked to use the same email as your HG.cash account; if the provider rejects your email, support must help.
  3. When signing completes, you should see confirmation that the document was received and the wallet is pending review (En revisión).
If you leave the page before signing, you can return from Wallets de retiro and use Firmar on any wallet that is Pendiente de firma.

What happens next
